We talked about this. I was on Mike EP's podcast We Speak English Good, and it was a blast! I really enjoy talking to Mike, he's the kind of person that understands where I'm coming from even if I cant quite compose my thoughts in that moment. Something I really enjoyed about this episode is that I got to let people know who I am, I'm used to making my podcast about who I am talking to and although I occasionally I gloss over a statement, by making a similarity with a little known fact about myself on my own podcast, I don't feel that it's the greatest way for people to get to know me.

So here is your chance, this where I open up a bit, get to know my views on life, art, and god. If there's anything I would have added to this interview it's simply that I look at a lot of things as tools for creating in this world.
Creating Art, creating moments, creating self.
It's not ego you know, your consciousness. I try not to get wrapped up in egotistical ideals, I don't push for people to come here, I want you to want to get to know me but I won't make an effort to shove myself in your face.
Not my game.
Sometimes you feel like you wanna let go but then there's that thing in the back of your head, most people say is sub-conscious that's what I believe is true self. A place in your head that is connected to your heart and soul that can make a conscious decision without effort from your body, or maybe it's not in your head but it just feels that way cuz the lines leading from the Ātman are all tangled and plugged into you, and everyone else.
Indra's net comes to mind here.
I hope I get to do it again sometime, be on another podcast I mean, I guess I enjoy talking about myself at least a little bit. My good friend Aaron Goldberg recently sang a song on his Twitch channel recently that brought up a great & valid point that I hadn't really taken time to reflect on until recently, he said;
"How many times have you told yourself that someone else was more than they put themselves out to be, for you it's unclear to see, everyone else is the same when someone brings up your name"
This reminds me of a illustration I saw where 3 men were standing on a podium having ran a race, given hierarchical medals based on the amount of effort they were able to distribute.
in the illustration you see that below the podium lies all the effort that went into it, it's a depiction of stress, long hard days training, having to negate social activities to better your physical body, and all the other things that come with being human.
Logically, the man in 1st feel great about himself, and to him everyone else is equal, equally not as fantastic as himself. everyone else is the same cuz you are hierarchizing.
And then Aaron comes to the conclusion;
"Gonna have to just be with my breath and me, that's the only thing that's left, when everything's left me. It's gonna be fine."
Well my point is, It's gonna be fine.
You don't need to think you are better than anyone because you are you,
and no one can be you better than you.
